3　Production, Filling, and Individual Packaging of Lip Balm Ingredients

① The hydrogenated polyisobutene* produced at Nikko Rica Corporation’s Tatebayashi Plant is transported to Tokiwa Corporation, where it is blended with other ingredients to become TOKYO LIP BALM.

② An incoming inspection is conducted on the delivered hydrogenated polyisobutene* to confirm that the correct ingredient is being used in TOKYO LIP BALM.

③ The hydrogenated polyisobutene* that passes the incoming inspection, along with the other ingredients of TOKYO LIP BALM, is heated and blended to produce the lip balm content.

④ Before filling the containers, a quality inspection is conducted on the produced TOKYO LIP BALM to ensure that the content has been manufactured correctly.

⑤ The content of TOKYO LIP BALM that passes the quality inspection is melted, poured into containers, and solidified.

⑥ Finally, a quality inspection is performed on the solidified TOKYO LIP BALM to ensure it meets the standards required for delivery to consumers.

⑦ Each TOKYO LIP BALM that meets the quality standards is carefully placed in its case, packed into shipping boxes, and prepared for shipment.
